We ship within the United States only.

Where we ship from

All orders are packed and shipped from Brooklyn, New York.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Rates and delivery

Free standard shipping on US orders over $105. Below that, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout. Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delays

Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery time is outside our control. Weather, public holidays and carrier backlogs can add days. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, email us and we will chase it for you.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and the re-shipping cost is payable by you.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date and we will replace it or refund you.
